TRUMAN, HARRY. (1884-1972). Thirty-third President of the United States (1945-53).

Typed Document Signed, folio, Missouri, October 31, 1932.

The document titled, "Report of county Survey and Ex. Officio Highway Engineer" describes a road and the surrounding land. The survey is signed, "Harry Truman," as Presiding Judge. His position as Judge was administrative rather than judicial and while he held this tenure, he oversaw the expansion of roadways in the county. In 1934 he was elected as Senator from Missouri and thus began his national political career. Very Good (Item ID: 45)
