Excellent scientific content on a preferred disinfectant to use to neutralize odors and disinfect. The letter reads in part, “Dear Sir, I am replying to yours of Jan 23. I would say that in Standard Env.No.2 the potassium...Where as mercuric chloride has not the power to neutralize a fecal odor also to give color to the solution and thus prevent accidental poisoning….” Signed, “George M.
