(1905-1995) American cartoonist and animator, best known for his work on the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons for Warner Brothers.

Freleng has drawn Sylvester's famililar mischievous face and signed below, "Fritz Freleng." The image fills the white card, pencil signature is a bit light.
