KATHARINE HEPBURN

Hepburn jokes about Valentine's Day, drawing a heart with drops - perhaps teardrops - underneath, with "Feb. 14th" at its center. Next to the heart she writes, "It's a day late but so were the flowers...." She signs, "Kate." George Cukor (1899-1983), was an American film director who directed Hepburn in ten films.. The letter measures 5 x 8 inches and floats on a dark gray mat overlaid with a white mat, framed in black satin finished wood, matted and framed in museum quality materials, framed in 5/8/inch black satin wood.
