ZEPPO MARX, HERBERT MANFRED

(1901-79) American comedic actor who performed with his brothers, the famed comedy team known as The Marx Brothers. They made many hilarious films in the early part of the 20th century and are icons of American comedy.

A Pair of SIGNED Personalized Checks, Los Angeles, CA, Feb. 22, 1972 and May 30, 1973.

Marx signed the Feb. 22 check to "Coachella Valley S & L" for $375 and the May 30 check to "So. Calif. Edison" for $50.30. Both checks signed, "Zeppo Marx," and both are yellow on the front and green on verso. Slight crimping to top of one check. Endorsement and cancellation markings show on verso of both checks.
