Chester Gould, Original Cartoon Drawing Signed. of B. O. Plenty, one of the recurring characters in the long running Dick Tracy comic strip. Gould rendered B.O. Plenty. in blue ink on a white 4 x 6 inch card. He inscribed above the hat and signed at the shirt collar of his not so savory character, "Chester Gould." Gravel Girty was Plenty's wife. Gould's sketch capture's his character clearly.
