Paul Nadar signed this Carte-de-Visite photograph of French set designer Pierre-Luc-Charles Ciceri (1782-1868) on the lower right of the image (not on the mount). Ciceri was chief set designer for the Paris Opera and other Parisian theaters. Docketed on verso, "Ciceri." Nadar was also a painter.
